Being a quilter and a teacher is a rewarding combination, and a lifelong passion. As a quilter, I express my creativity through fabric, patterns, and colors, creating beautiful and functional works of art. Exploring various quilting techniques, from traditional designs to modern improvisational styles, allowing my own personal style to shine through.
As a teacher, I love sharing my passion for quilting with others. Teaching quilting is incredibly fulfilling, working with students to learn the craft, guiding them through the process of selecting fabrics, cutting, piecing, and quilting. It’s a chance to foster a sense of community and creativity while passing down traditional quilting knowledge and adapting to contemporary trends and techniques. Inspiring others to develop their skills, discover their unique quilting voice, and create their own masterpieces.
